Instant Dessert
Ingredients:
(serves 2)
3 tablespoons of flour
30g sugar
1 glass of milk
2 eggs
1 vanilla pod
Break an egg in a bowl
and mix the flour in slowly. Add the other egg, continuing to
energetically blend the mixture. Pour in the hot sugared milk,
flavoured with vanilla, little by little. Mix well.
Pour the mixture
in a greased tin and put it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Take
it out when it starts to brown, after having controlled it is cooked
with a stick.
